Manufactured a few sets of short-stroke Manx gear & brake levers. Took some photos along the way showing the different parts that go into manufacturing them.
The gear levers, made from tubular steel. Its a rather intricate design for something from the 50's and what is at the end of the day only a gear lever.
The brake levers before being welded. The pivots are fabricated from three pieces, whereas the originals were forgings. Same goes for the foot plate, machined "tread" from steel plate opposed to a casting.
The final brake levers beadblasted and ready to go out to chrome.
